Referral Rewards Program

Refer Your Friends to SRMS and Everyone Gets Rewarded!

At SRMS we appreciate and encourage our clients to recommend our products and solutions to their friends and associates. As a way of showing our gratitude, we have created a Referral Rewards Program.

How it Works
Clients can fill out our online
referral form with the prospects name and contact information and we will take it from there. If the submitted prospect leads to a sale, we will reward the client who submitted the referral with points, which are based off of our point scale to the right. The more products or services a prospect purchases from us, the more points the client who submitted the referral receives. Clients can redeem these points for either gift cards for themselves or discounts on new or existing SRMS solutions for their company.

Rules and Restrictions

  1. Referrals must come from a current SRMS Network Technologies client.
  2. The term new business means a referral resulting in a signed contract with either a new client or a former client with whom we have not had a contract for at least one (1) year.
  3. On initial call/e-mail with prospects contact information, SRMS will immediately inform the client who submitted the referral whether or not the prospect is eligible for our Referral Program.
  4. Qualified prospects must purchase a solution within 90 days of initial contact.
  5. Referrals submitted on or after 08/25/2011 (program start date) are eligible for referral rewards.
  6. Every referral requires the Online Referral Form to be completed.
  7. Clients may not refer their own organization.
  8. If more than one referral is made for the same prospect, only the first referral received by SRMS Network Technologies will be rewarded (i.e. only one referral payment will be granted per purchase).
  9. Referral rewards eligibility will expire if no sale is made to the referred client within 90 days after a referral is submitted.
  10. Reward points are made available quarterly based off collected funds and the current calendar year. Clients can choose to use their reward points as soon as they receive them or they may combine them with points from previous quarters. If using reward points toward product/service discounts for their company only 100 points may be used toward each invoice. Points can only be used as discounts on future or current invoices, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used on paid or past-due invoices.
  11. Maximum value of SRMS discount cannot exceed $1000. Referrals resulting in monthly service or reoccurring charges will earn points based on the initial purchase price or first reoccurring charge only. Reward points can only be earned once per referral and will be based on the referrals first invoice only. Reward points can be used for either an SRMS discount OR gift card but cannot be divided between the two reward choices.
